Privacy policy

No cookies, no tracking across sites. This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or social media trackers. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Visitor statistics. We count visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that we host ourselves in the EU. It does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses. It only records anonymous information such as which page was viewed, the referring website, the country, and the type of device and browser. This helps us understand which projects people look at.

Contact form. The contact form does not send anything to our server. When you press the button, your own email app opens with your message ready to send. What you write is only shared with us if you send that email. We use your message only to answer you and keep it only as long as needed for that conversation and any work that follows.

Hosting. The website is hosted by Hostinger on a server in Germany (EU). The server keeps short technical logs (for example IP address and time of a request) for security and to keep the site running. These logs are deleted automatically.

Fonts and icons are stored on our own server, so loading them does not send your data to anyone else.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for data portability. Write to tjasa@studio-merlin.com. You can also complain to the Slovenian data protection authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
